The applicant is proposing to convert the prior Children’s Clothing Store into a Take-out Bagel Shop (no on-premises tables). The change of use to a food use in the C-V district shall require a “Special use” approval by the Board of Trustees in accordance with Article II Section 470-13 C. (2).

 

They shall also require parking relief from the requirements of Article III Section 470-22 for “Off-street parking” by the Zoning Boad of Appeals.

 

At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
