8.         Resolution - Approve Summary Presentation (MS4) of the Village of Roslyn’s 2022-2023 Storm Water Phase II Annual Report.
 
9.         Resolution - Approve payment of $540.00 to Abraham Roofing for Annual Gutter
Cleaning Contract.
 
10.       Resolution – Approve the hiring of Liridon Duraku as a Full-Time Parking Meter Attendant to begin June 21, 2023, with a six-month probationary employment.
 
11.       Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for 1900 Realty Associates, 1900 Northern Blvd, Section 7, Block 106, Lot 168 in the amount of $16,000 for the tax year 2022/2023.
 
12.       Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for NHTR Realty Corp, 1370 and 1376 Old Northern Blvd, Section 7, Block B, Lot 553; 550, in the amount of $5,500 for the tax year 2022/2023.
 
13.       Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for Northern Grove/Jackson Senate LLC, 2-8 Main Street, Section 7, Block 325, Lot 20 and Section 7, Block F, Lot 687 in the amount of $1,400.00 for the tax year 2022/2023.
 
14.       Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for 18-20 Secatoag, 18-20 Lumber Road, Section 6, Block 53, Lot 48, 954, in the amount of $22,000 for the tax year 2022/2023 payable in two (2) equal payments of $11,000 on July 31, 2023 and July 31, 2024.
 
15.       Resolution - Approve payment of $8,950.00 to Essence of Time for Balance of Option 1 to repair-restore the clock tower.
