This application is for the installation of a new raised wooded deck and concrete on-grade patio. Based upon plans received on August 31, 2020 and prepared by EN Architect & Interior Associates (no address of professional seal). The property is located in the R-4 zoning district and according to Article I General Provisions Section 470-5 “Schedule of Area, Yard and Building Requirement” requires a minimum rear yard separation distance to property lines of 25’. According to the plans submitted, the raised wood deck is located 12’-0” off the rear property line and the concrete patio is located 3’-0” off the rear property line.A variance application will be required from the Zoning Board of Appeals.
 
Denied for the following reason(s):
