A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN, CHAPTER 470 ENTITLED “ZONING”, TO ADD THERETO SECTION 470-21 TO CREATE THE “TMU TRANSIT-ORIENTED MIXED-USE DISTRICT”; and
APPLICATION OF 45 LUMBER ROAD LLC / IAN ZWERDLING FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 470 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN ENTITLED “ZONING”, SECTION 470-20.C. ENTITLED “WD-O WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT”, SUBSECTION (C) ENTITLED “DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE BONUSES” TO CONSTRUCT A 4 STORY APARTMENT BUILDING CONSISTING OF 33 TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 45 LUMBER ROAD, ROSLYN, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 6, BLOCK 53, LOT 1031.

At this scheduled meeting of its Board of Trustees, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon by the Board of Trustees.
At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
