PUBLIC HEARING
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN
 
 
A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN, CHAPTER 470 ENTITLED “ZONING”, TO ADD THERETO SECTION 470-21 TO CREATE THE “TMU TRANSIT-ORIENTED MIXED-USE DISTRICT”;  SCHEDULED FOR THE SEPTEMBER 15, 2020 BOARD OF TRUSTEES PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER 20, 2020, and
 
APPLICATION OF 45 LUMBER ROAD LLC / IAN ZWERDLING FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 470 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF ROSLYN ENTITLED “ZONING”, SECTION 470-20.C. ENTITLED “WD-O WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT”, SUBSECTION (C) ENTITLED “DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE BONUSES” TO CONSTRUCT A 4 STORY APARTMENT BUILDING CONSISTING OF 33 TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 45 LUMBER ROAD, ROSLYN, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 6, BLOCK 53, LOT 1031.
  
The Village of Roslyn does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities.  Anita Frangella has been directed to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination requirements of the Federal Revenue Sharing regulations.
Copies of all documents relevant to this matter are on file in the Village Clerk’s Office and may be viewed during regular business hours and on the Village website at www.roslynny.gov.
 
At this scheduled meeting of its Board of Trustees, reserved decisions from previous meetings, if any, may be acted upon by the Board of Trustees.
At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
