1. Approval of Minutes – February 18, 2020
2. Resolution – Approve payment of $39,531 to Charles Schwab/FCE Group for 2019 Roslyn Volunteer Firefighter LOSAP.
3. Resolution – Approve Town of North Hempstead Inter-municipal Solid Waste Agreement.
4. Resolution – Approve payment of $465.00 to Cameron Engineering for the Invoice No. 32958.
5. Resolution – Approve Change Order Number 3 dated March 6, 2020 submitted by Landtek in the amount of $3,226.20 for excavation, concrete curb, saw cutting, unit pavers, removal and replacement of pavement, based upon the recommendation of DPW Superintendent, Sam Daliposki.
6. Resolution – Award 2020 Garbage Collection Contract to National Waste Services in the amount of $2,754,000, which covers a five-year period.
7. Resolution - Adopt Village of Roslyn Budget for the fiscal year
June 1, 2020-May 31, 2021. (See attached Budget)
