Building Department
As per Nassau County regulations, irrigation is permitted only on alternate odd and even-numbered days. Therefore, properties with odd-numbered addresses may irrigate on odd-numbered days only, and properties with even-numbered or no-numbers are permitted on even-numbered days only. Also, the Roslyn Water District requires that municipal and commercial properties water only between 6:00pm and 8:00pm
Many residents are not aware that the role of the Building Department covers more than just construction work. If you have any questions in the following areas just contact us for assistance at (516) 621 -1961 Ext. 106. The Roslyn Building Department is available weekdays from 9am to 4pm
