4. Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement for NY Community Bank, 1400 Old Northern Blvd, Section 7, Block B, Lot 559 in the amount of $20,000 for the tax year 2016/2017-2021/2022 payable in two (2) equal payments of $10,000 on July 31, 2022 and July 31, 2023.
5. Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement regarding Arbor and Main, 25 Main Street, Section 7, Block B, Lot 517, 519 in the amount of $3,500 for the tax years 2016/2017-2021/2022 payable on July 31, 2022.
6. Resolution – Approve Salary increase for Ilmi Dalipi, Laborer, Paul Zupello Laborer and Richard Von Seelen Parking Enforcement Officer to $22 per hour.
7. Resolution – Approve Payment to American Paving, Inc. in the amount of $155,740.00 for paving of Skillman Street.
8. Resolution – Approve cesspool pump-out reimbursement of $651.75 to Kim Goldstein 25 Glen Avenue.
