Storm Water Management Plans

Storm Water Management Plans

In compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Clean Water Act, the Village of Roslyn has submitted a Notice of Intent to the New York State, Department of Environmental Conservation, detailing the Village's intended stormwater management practices. An annual report will be issued by the Village each year detailing past and future efforts to comply with this "Notice of Intent". For more information, download:

These documents are a summary of the Roslyn Storm Water Management Plan for each year. The entire document is available for viewing at the Roslyn Village Hall during business hours. Each year the draft report is made available to the public. Review and public comment will be accepted each year until May 30th. Once that is done the completed report is then submitted to the State. Please direct all inquiries to the Roslyn Building Department.

The Village maintains a Storm Water Repository with substantial amounts of information on the subject. The Repository is available to the public during regular business hours at the Village Hall.
