8.         Resolution – Authorize Village Clerk to publish Legal Notice for the March 21, 2023, Village Election designating the following offices to be filled – Mayor (two-year term) and Two Village Trustees (two-year term).
 
9.         Resolution – Approve covering parking meters in the downtown shopping district, during the holiday season, from November 24, 2022 to December 26, 2022.
 
10.       Resolution – Authorize Cameron Engineering to Advertise for Bid the work associated with the installation of 6 existing crosswalks with pavers to increase pedestrian safety at four intersections on Old Northern Boulevard with flush concrete curbs on both sides.
 
11.       Resolution – Approve payment of $5,250.00 to Cameron Engineering & Associates for Proposed Paver Crosswalks on Old Northern Boulevard for the Feasibility Study and Design Phase.
 
12.       Resolution – Approve payment of $1,800.00 to Cameron Engineering & Associates for Concrete Islands Improvement at W. Shore Road and Old Northern Boulevard Feasibility Phase.
 
13.       Resolution - Approve legal notice publication for “Old Northern Boulevard Crosswalks” bid and declare it as a type 2 action under SEQRA.
 
14.       Resolution - Approve payment of Remuneration for Wastewater Treatment which covers the period January 2022 to June 2022 in the amount of $321,298.69.
 
15.      Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement regarding Marsh Realty, LLC, 3 Railroad Avenue, Section 7, Block F, Lot 692. The Petitioner will receive a refund of $5,000 for the tax years 2014/2015 through 2020/2021.  The refund shall be payable upon the service of an entered Judgment and fully executed Stipulation with the submission of a voucher.
