7. Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement regarding HJM 447 LLC, 20 Tower Place, Section 7, Block B, Lot 2 in the amount of $26,000.00 for the tax years 2014/2015-2019/2020.
8. Resolution – Approve Tax Certiorari settlement regarding Corner Landing LLC, 13 Landing Road, Section 20, Block A, Lot 108 in the amount of $8,000.00 for the tax years 2015/2016-2020/2021.
