16.       Resolution – Approve BITI LLC - Roslyn Landing Bond Release

            Based upon the recommendation of the village engineer, Cameron Engineering, the performance bond for the Roslyn Landing project is hereby released based upon the completion of all site improvements.

 

17.       Resolution – Approve Roslyn High School Homecoming Celebration scheduled for

Saturday, September 23, 2023, from 12:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

 

18.       Resolution – Approve Day of Courage Breast Cancer Shopping Event scheduled for October 13, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (without street closings).  Village agrees to provide pink lighting for the Clock Tower and suspend parking meters for the event.

 

19.       Resolution – Approve Department of Public Works Superintendent to attend the Annual NYCOM Fall Training School to be held October 16th through October 18th in Lake Placid, New York.

 

20.       Resolution – Approve the Village of Roslyn has complied with Uniform Justice Court Act (UJCA) §2019-a requiring court records be examined and audited.
