 Application based upon COVID-19 regulations seeks approval to temporarily use the second floor of the building for dining purposes.  In no event   shall the total occupancy of the building exceed the previously approved occupancy for the restaurant of 120 seats
 (110 seats in the restaurant area and 10 seats at the bar).

10.       Resolution – Approve  covering parking meters in the downtown shopping district, during the holiday season, from November 25, 2020 to December 27, 2020.
 
11.       Resolution – Approve NowCare Meter Agreement with AmanoMcGann Inc., in the amount of $10,800 per year, for technical support, equipment inspection, repairs and parts listed in the Essential Support Agreement.
 
12.       Resolution – Approve payment of debt service on the 2015 Public Improvement Serial Bond for the periods June 1, 2019 – May 31, 2021, which shall be funded from the Reserve for Debt until the Reserve for Debt is exhausted.
 
13.       Resolution - Approve written Decision on the Application of 45 Lumber Road LLC for a Special Use Permit which was approved by the Board of Trustees on September 15, 2020.
