11. Resolution – Approve end of service payment to Anita Frangella, retired Village Clerk/Treasurer, pursuant to Roslyn Employee Policy.
12. Resolution – Adopt Retention and Disposition Schedule for New York Local Government Records (LGS-1), which replaces Records Retention & Disposition Schedule MU-1.
13. Resolution - Approve the payment of $4,800 for roof replacement at Kirby Cottage.
14. Resolution – Approve Cesspool pump-out reimbursement of $423.64 to Milton Grunwald, 9 Hillside Avenue.
