Incorporated Village of Roslyn will conduct a Public Meeting on February 1, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. by way of *video-conference or tele-conference only as follows:

The applicant proposes the conversion and expansion of the structure from retail use to a Health Club. The existing on-site parking is not compliant with the requirements for parking spot dimensions and access aisles.
Variance from Section 470-21.A. entitled “Off Street Parking” Applicant requires 83 parking spaces.
At the aforesaid time and place, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
