The applicant has submitted a revised application to the Village requesting the conversion of the granted uses to a mixed-use residential building comprised of a 2-bedroom residential unit at the basement level; a retail use at the first level (no change) and a 2-bedroom residential unit at the second level and a 1-bedroom residential unit at the third level. They have not submitted any requests to alter the exterior or floor area of the prior approved building.
