5.         Resolution – Approve 2016 $3,500,000 Public Improvement Serial Bond Interest Payment of $26,115.63 due               September 1, 2021.
 
6.         Resolution – Approve Health Insurance reimbursement to Richard Langone, surviving spouse of Marianne                   Langone, in the amount of $442.96.            
 
7.         Resolution – Approve the hiring of Ethan Gibbons as Justice Court Clerk with a start date of September 1,                   2021. 
 
8.         Resolution – Approve Annemarie Stutzmann as Village Registrar to replace John Brickman, current Village                Registrar with a start date of August 16, 2021.
