4. Local Law – Adopt Local Law to repeal Chapter 385, Article VII, entitled “Sewer Rents”, in its entirety.
5. Local Law – Adopt Local Law, pursuant to Cannabis Law §131, opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Incorporated Village of Roslyn.
6. Local Law – Adopt Local Law creating Chapter 341, entitled “Prohibiting the Smoking or Vaping of Cannabis Products on all Village Owned Properties.”

11. Resolution – Approve Roslyn High School Homecoming Celebration scheduled for Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 12:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
12. Resolution - Approve Day of Courage Cancer Fund Raiser Charity Event scheduled for
October 29, 2021from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (without street closings). Village
agrees to provide pink lighting for the Clock Tower.
13. Resolution - The Village of Roslyn has complied with Uniform Justice Court Act (UJCA) §2019-a, requiring court records be examined or audited.
14. Resolution – Approve end of service payment to John Brickman, retired Court Clerk, pursuant to Roslyn Employee Policy.
