Application for a special use permit pursuant to Chapter 470 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Roslyn, entitled “Zoning,” Sections 470-12.C.(3) and 470-57 to amend the previously granted special use permit decision dated December 12, 2023, to allow for the construction of a 2½-story building with three retail spaces at grade level and 2 two-bedroom apartments on the second level with on-site parking for ten vehicles.

 

5.         Local Law – Adopt Local Law amending Section 457-13 of the Municipal Code of the Incorporated Village of Roslyn entitled “Parking, Standing and Stopping Restrictions.”

9.         Local Law – Adopt Local Law to grant tax exemption for improvements to historic homes constructed prior to 1900 located in the historic district in the Incorporated Village of Roslyn pursuant to Section 444-a of the Real Property Tax Law.
