The applicant is requesting to maintain an existing single-story expansion and concrete terrace in the rear yard.  Applicant is seeking to maintain a rear yard setback of 11’5” ft. where 25’ ft is required.  Applicant is also seeking to maintain an existing a/c unit in the side yard where it is required to be located in rear yard in conformance with the setback requirements.
