The applicant is requesting to construct a new free standing 22.4’x 66.4’ storage building with three garage doors. Applicant is seeking relief for the proposed use as a storage facility not associated with the primary use.

At the aforesaid time at the Roslyn Village Hall located at 1200 Old Northern Blvd, Roslyn, NY 11576, all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard by order of the Zoning Board of Appeals
